Sa-wa-dee-kap! at Krabi - Part #1
I went home and did my preparation,
As Thailand was my next destination,
Here I come, yee-haa! - a mid-year vacation!

Thanks to Nicole who invited me,
We met up with See Tho, after arriving shortly,
And snapping photos he went, our photographer, Andy.

They were great company, I cannot deny,
Though in the beginning I was a bit shy,
But it became better with them as the days went by.

You'd know why he seems more like a friend,
Cause he'd do the best that he can,
To show you a side you've never seen in Thailand.

With our growling tummies, we moved from being idle,
Loading our bags, onto the van and into our cradles,
Anticipating what's next, I even managed to doodle,
As we arrived at 'Rain House' and had the most awesome duck noodle.

After lunch, we headed to Klong Thom Hot Springs,
A short 15 minutes walk in, I saw KY undressing,
Kim did the same, it was so tempting, (the hot springs I meant)
Yes, it was indeed - the 'bathtubs', made me feel like a Thai King.

Beneath these bathtubs, was a river, gently flowing,
The water down there was cold, I was told, hmmm, interesting,
After playing king for about 20 minutes, actually, more like soaking,
I made my way down

Next up, we continued our journey to Krabi town,
But we stopped for a while, met the 'king', but without his crown,
As Malaysians who love the fruit, we smiled, and did not frown,
"Yummy", "Syiok", "Best", "Sedap" - was the sound.

Stopping at Krabi market, a lot to see,
From 'look choob' to petai, one can even do kenduri,
It was a colorful and a fragrant experience for us, saya pasti,
As my mouth watered, at these - my tummy sang with glee.

It was dinner time, in the jungle, memang relax,
The food was good, ngam ngam for 7 pax,
I'm sure everyone enjoyed it to the max.

After dinner, we needed the sleep that we lack,
Checking in to Sheraton Krabi, we all begin to unpack,
Desserts were served, as a midnight snack,
Day 1 ended, stay tuned and I'll be right back!
