It was the Freeze for World Earth Day. Was there with the newfound DGMB group and here are some pictures from the event:
And yet somehow when the 4 minutes was up, one could almost notice the major disconnection in the atmosphere. The wonder of it all, eh? But some connections are meant for life. =) Have you found yours?

Differently Fun!
Birthday gatherings, yam cha sessions, press conferences, island trips, movie outings, makan-makan outings, going to concerts, launches, barbecues, karaoke sessions, shootings, picnics and clubbing. I'm pretty sure all of us has somewhat done all of the above before in our lives. And then do it some more all over again as the days, weeks and months go by. Ever felt tired of it all? Don't get me wrong, I love doing all of the above but perhaps it's time to try out something a little different, wouldn't you say?
How about hiking, scuba diving, mountain climbing, hot air ballooning, bungee jumping or hang-gliding? For most, these are considered quite extreme activities and not to mention a tad pricey. Nevertheless, still fun to do if one is up for it.
What about having some fun youth activities that challenge the mind and build up one's character? Take note though that 'youth' does not necessarily mean you must be of a certain age to be categorized as a youth. If you're young at heart and love all sorts of outdoor activities, then perhaps you may want to consider coming for a Youth Camp organized by Petra Youth Productions.

Keeping Up With The Joneses
"Newer things make me look more up-to-date ma", said a friend, while showing me his latest Time Capsule. That little whitish-grayish box of his can back up 1TB worth of data. Amazing.
I guess there's nothing wrong in being up to date when technology is concerned. One can always use moremegabytes gigabytes when there's so much data for us to store these days, especially our downloaded videos and pictures.
Well, while I may not need a Time Capsule, there's always something attractive released by Apple and when technology is moving so fast in the world today, the challenge for us is to be on our feet at all times. Just like how Apple recently released something customized for our market :

Redang - Finale
We have reached the last part of the Redang post. Hope you guys have enjoyed the pictures as much as I have enjoyed being there. There's a lot of pictures for this finale, some containing pictures from Mich & Eugene. So, enjoy them and hope you had a great weekend!

Next day came and everyone wasn't ready to leave.
But of course all good things must come to an end.
Sempat beli and makan on the way home.
But lekor tak cukup, perut growling and mulut craving. Hence, we landed here. Ah, bliss.

Going Loco Over Eco
A short breather from the Redang posts : Today the new Eco-Friendly paperbags made from recycled paper arrived at the office. Being part of the Quiksilver Foundation, we will phase out plastic bags very soon. These new paperbags go great with the Eco-Friendly apparel that we carry but hopefully they will be given for normal apparel purchases as well. Cantik tak?

Redang - Part 4
After settling down into our rooms, we decided to head out to the beach to check out the place. There is nothing much one can actually do at the beach besides chilling out and taking pictures. Moreover, we have just arrived and not going to the beach would defeat the entire purpose of coming to Redang. So, here are some of the stuff that the siao gang did on Day 1:
We quickly freshened up and was all ready to hit the beach.
At the beach, Jen started to stretch.
Soon enough, we did the customary feet thingy and started snapping our feet of all things.
Then Rames spotted something nearby. Or was he posing?
The girls pulak started to gather together macam nak buat photoshoot for magazine. Lol.
Then along came a photographer acting cute.
After a few shots and camhoing, the gang caught the siao virus and couldn't resist it.
The side effects were so strong, it had the entire gang out of control. Must be the blue blue sea.
Poor uncle there. Wouldn't know what hit him. -_-"
The feeling one gets after knocking down innocent uncles jogging on the beach.

As we needed a change of scenery, we headed down (or up, rather) to Jalan Sultan Ismail to....
...catch the siaobollywoodstar in person. We also took a lot of nice pikchas there.

Redang - Part 2
While on the boat to Redang, there's nothing much to see except to enjoy the wind, look at other smaller islands and experience the occasional sea water splash on our faces. Hence, before we take a look at some nice pictures of Redang, we interrupt this post with an introduction of the 'siao' people that made it all happening and memorable. Enjoy yea?

Loh drove the third car. He then pecut and was in second place. But went home being in first place. Siao.

Choong Yi memang power. Malam-malam come knocking ajak minum arak. Thanks for the booze bro! Siao.
Hiew led the drive up with supercanggihsiao GPS system. Thank you for leading us safely. Siao also.
Lee Peng is Hiew's girl girl. Always smiling and cheering up the day. Siao.
Ang hails from Sabah and plays volleyball. Good game dude! He has tons of stamina also. Siao.
Tiffa is Ang's girl girl. Quiet during the day and loudest on the dancefloor. You go girl! Siao.
Rames is supersiaobollywoodstar. He takes nice pictures and does brilliant vectors. But confirm siao.
Eugene wants to buy sunglasses. He takes siaonice pictures too. Love his RATM tee. Siao for sure.

Redang - Part 1
Thanks to Junn who organized everything, the 13 of us headed out in 3 cars and arrived safely at Merang just before the sun was up. Took turns with Mich to drive and was entertained by Rames' own rendition of "What A Wonderful World" along the East Coast Highway while Jen provided tons of siao laughs. Barely slept with such crazy and fun company. The siaoness!
